Meeting rooms

The Lobby is equipped with cocktail tables and has a maximum capacity of 300+ particitpants. Our
garden, furnished with terrace chairs and tables, is directly accessible from the Lobby.

The Auditorium offers a beautiful view on our garden and has a maximum capacity of 250 participants. The room is equipped with a high quality beamer, extra-large projection screen, integrated audio system and microphones.

Enjoy a stunning view on our garden in the Tuinzaal, which accommodates up to 80 participants. This meeting room comes fully equipped with a beamer, extra-large projection screen, integrated audio system and microphones.

The Bestuurszaal comes standard with a large oval conference table and has a maximum capacity of 25 participants. The room is equipped with a large television screen.

The Mortier 1 & 2 has a maximum capacity of 50 participants. By default, the Mortier 1 & 2 is set up in a U-shape arrangement for 28 participants, but other setups are possible. The room is equipped with a beamer and projection wall.

The Mortier 1 has a maximum capacity of 25 participants. By default, The Mortier 1 is set up in a U-shape arrangement for 14 participants, but other set-ups are possible. The room is equipped with a beamer and projection wall.

The Mortier 2 has a maximum capacity of 25 participants. By default, The Mortier 2 is set up in a U-shape arrangement for 14 participants, but other set-ups are possible. The room is equipped with a beamer and projection wall.

The Vijzel is equipped with a rectangular conference table for a maximum of 8 participants. The room also features a large television screen that enables video conferencing.

The Apotheek is furnished with a round meeting table that can accommodate up to 8 participants. You’ll be surrounded by an 18th-century pharmacy within the room. The room is equipped with a large mobile television screen.
